Straight after checkout you create your account password and give us your software login. It's encrypted, and deleted as soon as your kit is loaded. Works with any job management software that takes a price list.

We set up the price list, prebuilds and labour in your software, on your wholesaler's pricing where your software holds it. You set your markup and hourly rate, open a job and price it.

What's a prebuild?+
An assembly priced as one line: the unit, the pipe, the cable, the fixings and the labour to put it in. You take off a split system, not twelve separate parts.
Will the prices match my supplier?+
Where your software already holds your wholesaler's price for an item, we set the build up on that price. Anything it doesn't hold carries a current supplier price, and every cost is editable.
How does the labour work?+
Every item carries install time in minutes. You set your own hourly rate and markup, and the sell price works itself out.
Which software does it work with?+
Any job management or take off software that imports a price list. Give us your software login straight after checkout and we load it for you within 2 business days.
Are the heat pump units priced?+
Most wall splits carry a current NZ supply price for that exact model. Multi-split and many ducted units are sold through installers on quote in New Zealand, so those builds have the unit line ready for your supplier's price, with the pipe, power, fixings and labour already in.
We do electrical as well.+
The New Zealand electrical kit is NZ$1,800 inc GST, on NZ gear and J.A. Russell stock codes.
Are chillers, AHUs and VRF units priced?+
They're in the builds as line items with the labour to install them, but the cost is left for you to enter, because big plant is quoted per job. The same goes for anything else priced per project, like fabricated duct and the power to large plant.
Does the price include GST?+
Yes. NZ$1,200 includes 15% GST. One payment, no subscription.
